Make or receive 10 calls at the same time with this voice service – per month pricing. You also gain access and are provided with the following features:

• A geographical telephone Number – we provide you with a dialable telephone number
• Caller ID – being able to see who is calling you – providing the callers number is not hidden
• Line Hunt – when you receive ten calls at once, the callers will be able to reach you – providing you are not on a call already
• Ten calls at once – make or receive ten calls allowing your staff to communicate with your customers

We have the following call plan available – all calls inclusive.

Calls Inclusive – this plan allows you to call all Australian local / national / mobile numbers within your call capacity – some restrictions apply – excludes heavy usage and call centers. 13/1300 calls are at $0.30 per call, excludes premium and international calls.

All voice services are provided with ISDN quality audio codecs from our servers. If you are unsure which is the right method, please contact us. You will need to supply your current and prior month of telephone invoices so that we can perform a brief cost analysis and guide you to the right choice.
